This article covers the Anonymous Call Rejection calling feature that you can manage through the One Business Mobile online portal in real time.
You should know
This feature allows you to reject calls from callers who have blocked their phone numbers. Blocked callers hear a message notifying them that their calls are being rejected.
Steps
- Login to the One Business portal
- Click the Incoming tab
- Select the Anonymous Call Rejection feature, the dropdown menu will display
- Tick or untick the Enabled check box to turn on or off
- Click Update to save your changes
- When the service is on, a green tick will be displayed next to the feature.
