My One NZ | Change email address (One NZ B)

This article covers how you can change the email address associated with your My One NZ service.

Before you begin

Confirm you are following the correct process by checking if you are a One NZ A,B or C customer .

If you need to update the email address that your bill is sent to, follow Update bill email address through My One NZ Web.

Steps

  1. Sign in to Internet & Landline , selecting Internet & landline

  2. In the My One NZ section, click Update Contact Details
  3. In the Other details section, enter your new email address in the Email address field
  4. Click Save my details
