If you encounter this issue, try restarting your wireless modem. You can also check the following:
- Your wireless modem cables are in a working condition
- Your Wi-Fi power cable is plugged in to the power socket and is turned on
- The modem displays lights (means it's turned on)
- Ensure your broadband connection is still active (make sure you're bill is not overdue)
