We take these types of calls very seriously so we recommend that you contact the police directly with the information relating to the malicious call.

The Police will want to know:

• Dates and times of the malicious calls
• what the malicious caller said during the call(s)
• duration of the calls
• does the malicious caller have a familiar voice or sound like they know you or information about you?
• information relating to the malicious caller, e.g. gender, age, nationality, background noises, etc.
