I got a TXT about my mobile voicemail security?

If your mobile voicemail PIN is changed, or more than three incorrect attempts have been made to access your voicemail, we will let you know via TXT so you can make sure your personal messages stay safe.

If you feel that your voicemail box is no longer secure, change your access PIN, delete any personal saved messages and ensure that your mobile is locked when not in use, preferably with a lock code.

If you need to reset your PIN at a later time just free call 707 from your mobile on our network.

TIP: If you think you're in danger, always call 111 (or the local emergency number if you're overseas) immediately and ask for the police.
