I can't access My One NZ, how can I change a Red Share data limit?

Data limits can only be managed through My One NZ Б─⌠ our Customer Care agents do not have the ability to access or modify your data limit.

Any other sharers with Billing Account access can also manage data limits for your sharing group.

If you can't remember your password you can reset it by clicking "Forgot password?" on the My One NZ sign in page.
