Home Phone Wireless not working?

If your Home Phone Wireless service is not working then call 0800 189 189 from another phone and our service team will check to see if everything is working correctly. If the device is still not working please go to one of our retail stores where you signed up for Home Phone Wireless and we will send it to get assessed. We will offer you a loan phone during this time.

If the device cannot be repaired and is covered by warranty you will receive a new Home Phone Wireless device. If the device is broken due to physical damage then you will have to purchase a new device at the full RRP of $299.

Warranty period for Home Phone Wireless?

The Home Phone Wireless device and additional handsets are covered by a manufacturer's warranty of 2 years. This warranty excludes customer misuse of device.

Is there a warranty card I fill out?

There is no warranty card for you to complete as we already has a record of the Home Phone Wireless device issued to you.  If you find that the Home Phone Wireless device is faulty within a 2-year period, you need to return it to the retail store so you can be issued with a replacement.
