The unlock code we sent you is an alpha numeric code. Please follow the steps below carefully. They are different for each phone.
- You will not need Wi-Fi to complete the unlock.
Unlock instructions for the Nokia 208
- Turn on your phone with NO SIM card inserted
- Carefully read the following steps before attempting to enter the unlock code
- Enter into the phone: #pw+ followed by the 20-digit unlocking code then +7# (The unlocking code is shown above)
- To enter p press the * (star) key three times
- To enter w press the * (star) key four times
- To enter + press the * (star) key two times
- If the unlock code is correct, it will display "Phone Restriction Off" and your phone is unlocked.
If a wrong 20-digit unlock code is entered, it will display "CODE ERROR". Repeat Step 3 to attempt to unlock the phone again with the correct unlocking code. There is no maximum number of tries. It's set unlimited.

Important: Do not try to guess, or make up, your unlock code.
If our instructions are not followed carefully and you enter an incorrect code multiple times, you may lock your phone completely. If, after three attempts, your phone does not unlock please call us on 0800 837 867 (Mon-Fri, 8am-6pm). We can only help with unlocking One NZ mobile devices purchased from an authorised one NZ retailer that hasn't been tampered with, is not 'jail broken' or flashed.
