Forward calls when away from the office

Using our Remote Call Forward service you can activate or change where your Call Forwarding sends calls to from outside of the Office.

Please note that we provide services over various networks to ensure we can supply our services to as many customers as possible. Because of this, the telephone feature instructions referred to above may vary depending on which network you are on. If you're unsure as to which network you are on and therefore which instructions apply please contact us for help.

Steps

To activate/change your forwarding

  1. Dial the access number for your home area.
  2. Enter your 7 digit phone number, followed by your PIN followed by #
  3. Enter *31# to activate remote call forward.
  4. Enter the number you want to forward to, including any access codes eg. ‘03’ for a toll call to Christchurch, followed by #
  5. Press 1 to confirm, 2 to change, or hang up to cancel.

To cancel your forwarding

  1. Dial the access number for your home area.
  2. Enter your 7 digit phone number, followed by your PIN followed by #
  3. Enter *31# to deactivate call forward.
