This article explains how you can check what Wi-Fi speeds you can expect from devices connected to either the Ultra Hub or Ultra Hub Plus
Before you begin
What you'll need:
- x1 Ultra Hub or Ultra Hub Plus
- x1 Computer which is connected to the modem through Wi-Fi
- The username and password for your modem's web management page
If you're using your own modem or a non-One NZ modem, please refer to the modem user guide for expected Wi-Fi speed.
Steps
- Log into the modem's web management page
- Click the Wi-Fi tab
- From the drop-down menu at the top right-side of your screen, select Advanced Mode
- From the left-side menu, select Client Monitoring
The Client Monitor screen appears - From the Choose Device drop-down menu, select the relevant device
The Device Details screen appears - Note down what appears in the Frequency field
- From the Devices Compatibilities field, note down the following details:
- Antenna configuration
- Bandwidth
