Check if toll calls are coming through One NZ

To check your dialling status, call 07 832 0000. This is a free call, which will go to a recorded message. If the message says "Welcome to One NZ" then you have direct dialling access through our network. If the message is from another toll provider, then your default access is through that company.

All customers can request that their tolls are routed automatically through the our network without them having to dial a code. This takes around five working days to set up.
