If your BizMobile plan includes a bundle of TXTs or minutes each month, you can now check your balances at any stage. Call our balances service on 0508 55 55 88 and select Option 2, then Option 4.
Can I check my balance from a landline or another mobile?
Sorry, no. The system needs to register your mobile number during the call to provide the correct account information.
How up to date is the information?
When you call, you will be advised of the date and time that the information is accurate at.
Please note that this will be 24-48 hours behind current time, so won't include your most recent usage.
If I use up my TXTs or minutes, will it tell me how much extra I've used?
No. You'll be advised that you've used up your monthly minute/TXT pack, but won't be able to hear how many minutes or TXTs you have used over and above your plan bundle.
I have a data plan, how do I find out how much data I've used?
Usage information about your data plan can be retrieved from the Mobile Data Usage Meter via Customer Zone .
I'm on the CDMA mobile service - can I still hear my balances?
Yes. Balance information is available for CDMA customers as well.
