If you have one of the old standalone Caller Display (Caller ID) devices:
- Replace your Caller Display device with new batteries
- Try swapping your telephone cable
- Disconnect any phones and other equipment that are connected to your phone jacks and make sure that only the Caller Display device is connected into the phone jack i.e. you need to take off any broadband line filters and any extension cables, etc.
If you simply have a newer cordless phone which already has Caller ID built in then check if all handsets are affected.
If your Caller Display still isn't working then please give us a call on 0800 438 448 so we can get to the bottom of it. You may need a technician to come to your house or office to fix the problem.
