Before you begin

The NZ BestMate Add-on gives you 1,000 calling minutes to an NZ mobile phone or landline number

An NZ BestMate cannot be an international, 0900 or special number (such as 123 or 018).

You can buy up to 3 NZBestMates for the following plans - each NZBestMate costs $10 per month:

There is a $3 charge to change an NZBestMate.

Follow the steps below to see how you can purchase and control your NZBestMate Add-On.

To buy the NZBestMate Add-On, TXT BUY NZBM to 756

You will be sent a confirmation message, which you'll need to reply to
To confirm the purchase TXT YES to 756 - you can cancel the request by replying NO

Set up your BestMate Add-On
TXT MATE followed by the mobile number you wish to add as a BestMate to 756. You will be sent a confirmation message, which you'll need to reply to
To confirm the BestMate number, TXT YES to 756 - alternatively, you can cancel the request by replying NO

Log into My One NZ
Select My Plan & Add-Ons
Click on Edit NZBestMate, the Manage NZBestMates screen will be displayed
Click on Change a NZBestMate, change your number as you want
Click on Submit, you'll also get a TXT within 24 hours confirming the change.
