About Fixed Term and Open Term mobile plans

Fixed Term mobile plans

A fixed term plan is when you sign a contract covering a certain period i.e. 12 or 24 months and, for example, receive a subsidy on a new mobile phone or a free modem with your broadband plan. Your plan fee is monthly.

What happens when I'm out of contract?

Your account will run as it did before with the same allowances, but you are now free to re-sign without early termination fees.

Open Term mobile plans

An Open Term plan (also known as 'No term') is a rolling monthly contract.
These plans apply to our mobile services and are ideal if you already have a mobile phone and just want to change plans without buying a new one.
