3D Secure

3D Secure (also known as Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode) provides an additional layer of security by verifying with your bank that the card is authorised to make a payment or Top Up.

This check occurs in the background (it usually does not appear on your screen)
Some banks will request that you enter some security information (e.g. bank PIN) before the payment can be processed.

If you encounter any issues entering your bank security information, contact your bank and they will work with you to fix the problem.
