This article explains how to set up parental controls on the Ultra Hub modem.

Steps

1. Log into your Ultra Hub using a web browser, go to 192.168.1.1
2. Log in with your username/password
3. Switch to Advanced Mode using the drop down menu in the top right corner of your screen
4. Select the Internet menu
5. From the left-hand menu, select Parental Control
6. Turn on Access Control
7. Click the + button to create a new rule
8. Create a name for your rule,
   Note: You cannot have any spaces in the rule name.
9. Select the device you want to block (from the dropdown list - if it's not shown you can enter the MAC address for that device);
10. Select day(s) of the week;
11. Enter the times to block access (using the 24-hour clock format);
    Note: You cannot go past midnight.  Ie, if your rule goes past midnight, you must end the time at 23:59 and start again at 00:00.  Eg 6pm to 8am would be 18:00 to 23:59 and 00:00 to 08:00
12. Click SAVE
13. Click the APPLY button
