Steps

1. Press the recall button (or, if your phone doesn't have a recall button, just press the receiver switch briefly)
2. Wait for recall dial tone
3. Now dial the number you want to transfer to
4. Wait for ringing tone
5. Wait for the third person to answer and then announce the call or hang up. If the transferred call is not answered and you haven't hung up you can return to the original caller
6. Press the recall button (or, if your phone doesn't have a recall button, just press the receiver switch briefly)
7. Pause briefly and press the recall button again.
