This article contains steps on how to top up someone else's Prepay mobile with a voucher via the My One NZ app.

Steps

1. Log into the My One NZ app
2. Scroll down and tap Top up & pay bill
   

   

3. Tap Top up another number
   

   

4. Enter the mobile number you want to top up
   From the Dropdown select either:
   
   • the mobile you want to top up or
   • select Top up Another Mobile and enter the number you want to top up
5. For Choose your Top up method select Recharge Voucher
6. Enter the Voucher number
7. Tap Confirm
