Record your home phone mailbox name (ADSL/VDSL)

This is the name you hear when you access your mailbox.

  1. From the main menu, press 3 for Personal options
  2.  Press 1 for Greeting options
  3. Press 2 to record your mailbox name
  4. Follow the voice prompts

If the instructions above don't work for you, try the below:

  1. Dial *62
  2. Enter your four-digit PIN then press #
  3. Press 3 to access the mailbox name options
  4. Follow the voice prompts
