Options for callers leaving you a home phone message (HFC)

After leaving you a message, your callers can press 1 for additional options:

  • Press 1 : To confirm the message
  • Press 2 : To listen to the message again
  • Press 3 : To record the message again
  • Press 4 : To mark the message urgent priority
  • Press 5 : To add to the message
  • Press 6 : To enter a contact number.
