This article contains instructions on how to edit / update an existing One Business with Webex user profile via Xport Portal.
Before you begin
This feature is available for Super Users only through the Xport portal (https://onenz.xport.co.nz ).
Steps
- Login to Xport Portal - https://onenz.xport.co.nz
- Under Services, select the Group where the user you want to edit belongs to.
- Click Manage next to the user and select Edit User
- Enter the new details you want to update(i.e. First Name etc.)
Click Save
If you change the username, once you click Save it will direct you to the page to reset the password
