One Business with Webex | Add New User

Customers can now order One Business with Webex users in Xport Portal.

Before you begin

You must be a SuperUser Admin or have the Add One Business User permission (available in settings).

If you would like to add a new Group or Site then please contact your account manager or raise a service request in Xport Portal.

Steps

  1. Sign in to the Xport Portal.
  2. In the top navigation pane, select Services > Unified Comms.
  3. Select Manage for the Group that you would like to add users to.
  4. Select Add User
  5. Select the Device type that the user will have. This is where calls to the number will be sent.

  6. Select the term length

  7. For Softphone, Deskphone and Smart Number skip to step 8.

    Select if you would like to have your One Business with Webex phone number routed to your One NZ mobile number and add the One NZ mobile number.

  8. Fill in the required details for the user. The username domain must be the same as the existing users in the group.

    If you are setting up a virtual line or Kiosk phone then you can use an alternate email address to receive the provisioning email such as your administrator email address.

    You can also choose if you would like the new user to be an Xport Administrator.

  9. Select if you would like to bring your existing landline number to One Business with Webex

    Enter the details of your existing service provider and the date that you would like to bring the number to One NZ.

  10. Select Save to add the user to the list ready to submit and provision.
  11. Check the plans and charges are acceptable, add the delivery address then accept the terms and conditions.

  12. Submit request when ready. Upon submission the users will be automatically setup and receive their login details to the respective email addresses.
  13. A service request will be created for your reference and in case of any automation issues our setup team will be notified and be in touch to resolve.
