One Business with Webex | Check if Audio Device is Connected

This article explains how you can check if Webex is connected to an audio device for cannot make calls or cannot receive calls issue.

You should know

You will need to ensure your Desktop/ Personal Computer is connected to the internet.

Steps

  1. On your desktop app, click on the settings icon
  2. Click Phone Services

    Check the right hand side of the screen to confirm Phone Service is connected.
  3. Navigate to Audio
  4. Check Speaker has Headset option selected

    The desktop app must be able to see a microphone and speaker to place and receive calls.
