One Business with Webex| Call Processing Policies

This article contains information on Call Processing Policies that you can manage when you have One Business with Webex.

Before you begin

This feature is available for Super Users only.

Call Processing Policies let you select either your mobile number, Geographic Number (GN) or your main company number to be presented as your caller ID when calling an external number.

Steps

  1. Log into the Portal
  2. Select the Services tab
  3. Select the Group you are setting the hunt group up for (there may be more than one)
  4. Then Manage under the user you wish to edit
  5. Select the Call Control tab
  6. Select Call Processing Policies
  7. Select the number that you would like to present as your caller ID
    Use Group Policy will display the main calling number for your group as defined in the Group Call Processing Policies
