One Business with Webex mobile | Manage user features as a Super User

The One Business with Webex portal allows you to manage the call features of a user. This is handy if one of your staff loses their phone and you need to forward all their calls to another phone.  You can also define a Toll Bar to prevent international and 0900 calls.

How to manage users features

  1. Sign into the One Business with Webex portal as a Super user.
  2. Choose Services from the menu ribbon to go to the Your Services page
  3. From the Your Services page, click on the name of your business to go to the Group management page that contains a list of users and groups.
  4. From the Group management page, you can search for a user by name.
  5. Click the drop-down menu next to the Manage button to see a list of options:
    • Features:
      will take you to the feature management page for the user so you remotely change call forward settings for a user.
    • User name:
      will take you to the page to edit the users name that will appear in the directory
    • Device password:
      will take you to a page to change the users password that is used with their app
    • Geographic Phone Number:
      will take you to a page to change the geographic phone number that is assigned to the user.
    • Toll Bar:
      takes you to the page to bar the user from making International calls and calling 0900 numbers.
