The One Business with Webex portal allows you to manage the call features of a user. This is handy if one of your staff loses their phone and you need to forward all their calls to another phone. You can also define a Toll Bar to prevent international and 0900 calls.
How to manage users features
- Sign into the One Business with Webex portal as a Super user.
- Choose Services from the menu ribbon to go to the Your Services page
- From the Your Services page, click on the name of your business to go to the Group management page that contains a list of users and groups.
- From the Group management page, you can search for a user by name.
- Click the drop-down menu next to the Manage button to see a list of options:
- Features:
will take you to the feature management page for the user so you remotely change call forward settings for a user. - User name:
will take you to the page to edit the users name that will appear in the directory - Device password:
will take you to a page to change the users password that is used with their app - Geographic Phone Number:
will take you to a page to change the geographic phone number that is assigned to the user. - Toll Bar:
takes you to the page to bar the user from making International calls and calling 0900 numbers.
