This feature is available for admins only.
You can setup a main company number that your One Business with Webex users can present out as their caller ID. The number can be one of the following:
- Geographic Number associated with a mobile
- Auto Attendant or
- Hunt Group number
The first step to do this is to create Group Call Processing Policies with the geographic number, Auto Attendant or Hunt Group number as the caller ID (Calling Line ID Group Number).
After this policy has been defined, your staff can create their own Call Processing Policies to use the Auto Attendant or Hunt Group number.
Defining Group Call Processing Policies
- Sign into the One Business Portal as an admin user.
- From the menu ribbon, select Services
The Your Services page appears. - From the Your Services page, select the group that you want to change
- Click the Group Call Processing Policies tab to modify the policy
- Click the Use Group Calling Line ID Policy radio button and choose the following from the Calling Line ID Group Number drop-down list:
- Geographic Number of a user
- Auto Attendant or
- Hunt Group number
- Click Save
