Get your bill by post or email
How to request for your bills to be sent by email or in the post.
There are two ways you can get your monthly bill.
- By email, as a PDF attachment that you can store and print as needed
- By post, a paper version is available but costs $2.50 (inc GST)
You can also view your bill online through My One NZ .
If you choose to receive your bills by email, you will no longer receive paper bills.
Before you start
- You must have the appropriate access on the account to make changes.
- Check the One NZ Account Name that appears on your One NZ bill (One NZ A, B, C or D).
