This article explains how to run a diagnostic test using the Deco app.

Before you begin

A diagnostic test provides the following information:

• Wi-Fi signal from your device to your Deco
• Network security
• Speed test from your device over Wi-Fi to your Deco and then to the Internet
• Ping test
• Information about the Wi-Fi connection of your device

Steps

1. Open the Deco app
2. Tap More
   

   

3. Tap the Deco Lab tile
   

   

4. Tap the Wi-Fi Assistant tile
   

   

5. Tap Run Wi-Fi Diagnostics
   

   

6. The Deco app performs a range of Wi-Fi diagnostic tests
