Deco App | Reboot a Deco Device

This page explains how to remove a Deco device from a network using the TP-Link Deco app.

Before you begin

While the device is rebooting, you will lose access to the internet

You may need to do this if:

  • Steps not followed in correct order
  • Red node LED troubleshooting

Steps

  1. Open the Deco app
  2. Tap the globe icon

  3. At the top-right side of the screen, tap the 3 dots

  4. Tap Reboot

    A warning message appears to advise that connection to the internet will temporarily be lost while the Deco device is rebooting

  5. Tap Reboot

    The Deco devices will begin rebooting and automatically reconnect to the network after the reboot completes.
