Deco App | Create a TP-Link ID

This page explains how to create a TP-Link ID using the Deco app.

Before you begin

A TP-Link ID is required to setup Deco devices and manage them using the Deco app

Steps

  1. Open the Deco app
  2. Tap Create a TP-Link ID

  3. In the TP-Link ID field, enter your email address

  4. Tap Next

  5. Complete the Password and Confirm Password fields

  6. Tick the Terms of use checkbox

  7. Tap Next

    An activation email is sent to your email address
  8. In your email inbox, open the TP-Link activation email and click the activation link
  9. In the Deco app, tap Activated & Log In

    The Welcome to Deco screen appears
  10. Enter your email address and password

  11. Tap Log In

    You have now created your TP-Link ID and have logged into the Deco app
