Yes, you can use your phone's SIM card, as long as your plan has a data allowance.
With all other devices (like Vodems, Pocket WiFi, etc) we will provide you with a SIM when you purchase the device, but you can also use your SIM in those devices if you want to.
Check that your phone and Mobile Broadband device use the same size of SIM card first.

You can also tether your computer or tablet to your mobile phone's data connection .
