This article explains how to access your Wi-Fi Extender's configuration settings through your internet browser.

From 11th September 2019, we stopped selling Wi-Fi Extenders and are now providing Wi-Fi Boosters instead.

There are two levels of login access:

• Basic - view and modify most functionality of the unit
• Admin - factory restore, view device logs, perform firmware updates (in addition to Basic options)

Before you start

Please ensure you are connected to the same network as your Wi-Fi Extender.

Steps

1. Open your internet browser   

2. In the address bar, enter one of the following IP addresses (depending on your Wi-Fi Extender mode)

   Mode		IP address
   Access Point Mode		192.168.1.240
   Extender Mode	First Extender:	192.168.1.241
   	Second Extender:	192.168.1.242
   	Third Extender:	192.168.1.243
   Extender Mode Temporary  (this is used when the Wi-Fi Extender is first turned on / paired)		192.168.1.249

    
    

3. In the Username and Password fields, enter one of the following:
   

   Level of access	Username	Password
   Basic	Vodafone	Vodafone
   Admin	Admin	@admin

    

    

4. Click Login
    

After you click Login, you will be taken to the STATUS - DEVICE screen and have access to a range of configuration options.
