We are a member of the Customer Complaints Code Scheme which incorporates the Telecommunication Dispute Resolution (TDR) Scheme. This allows you to seek independent advice if you're still unhappy following the resolution or investigation of a complaint with us.

Information on the TDR Scheme and Customer Complaints Code is available at https://www.tdr.org.nz/ , including the criteria and process for seeking an independent review by the TDR agent. If you require this service we will provide you with a reference number that will be required by the TDR agent.
