How can you buy or cancel an add-on?

The easiest way to buy or cancel an Add-On is using My One NZ, in the app or on your computer, where all the available Add-Ons for your plan will be displayed.

You should know

• Only one of each type of Add-On can be active at once (for example, you can't have two TXT Add-Ons).
• An Add-On can only be changed once per month.
• If you are changing from another Add-On of that type, you'll have to wait until the original Add-On expires (your next billing date).

How does buying an Add-On work?

When you buy an Add-On, the cost of your Add-On will be deducted from your credit at the time you purchase it, and will auto renew one month from that date providing there is sufficient credit on your account. 

For example, you buy BestMates on the 18th and next month on the 18th the system will go to renew your Add-On.

How does cancelling an Add-On work?

If you wish to stop an Add-On from renewing or just to cancel it, the remainder of your Add-On can be used up, but won't automatically renew next month.
