Our 3G and 4G Mobile Broadband Vodems and Pocket WiFi are quad-band devices (900/1800/1900/2100MHz) which means it can connect to almost all overseas networks we have roaming agreements with.

The Vodafone Mobile Connect (VMC) software works in exactly the same way when overseas. The only thing to take note of is the roaming network you are connected to. This will be displayed in the Mobile Connect software 'status bar' at the bottom of the window. You must ensure that you are attached to a network we have a roaming agreement with. To manually select different mobile networks, simply click 'Tools and Select Network' in the software.

N.B. Data roaming does not use your New Zealand data bundle so you need to be aware of the costs and what your data usage is likely to be.
