$1 Deals is available from 20 October 2022 to 29 December 2022 unless withdrawn earlier, with selected phones (see below) available for a limited time during the promotional period.
Buy a selected phone described in the table below with the minimum eligible Pay Monthly mobile plan and you will pay $1 a month for 36 months for the phone as long as you stay on the eligible Pay Monthly mobile plan.

The iPhone 11 has a higher memory variant available. While this won't be $1 a month, the same total discount is available no matter the memory variant, on a 36 month Interest Free term with the eligible Pay Monthly plan. The iPhone 11 total discount is $664, which means you will pay $3.77 per month for 36 months for the 128GB variant, rather than $1 a month for the 64GB variant which is included in the promotion.
You must stay on an eligible Pay Monthly plan that you initially signed up to (or higher) for the entire Interest Free term. If you downgrade your plan there will be a one-off Plan Change fee charged. See the Plan Change Fee table below for details
If you already have a phone on Interest Free, you can still purchase a selected phone with the $1 a month offer on an eligible plan for 36 months, but you will lose any existing Interest Free discount you may have. You will also be required to pay back any outstanding amount due on your Interest Free payment with your next bill.

How does the $1 a month deal offer work?
Buy a selected phone on an eligible Pay Monthly Personal or Business mobile plan Interest Free for 36 months (with $99 deposit) and get the phone for only $1 a month.

How will this show up on my bill?
You will be charged the standard monthly phone cost, and then credited back an amount so you will only have a net payment of $1 a month for the phone over the 36 months term.
i.e. OPPO Find X5 5G phone cost is $1399. The standard monthly cost over 36 months (minus $99 deposit) is $36.11 per month, so you will be credited $35.11 per month ($30.53 + GST). This leaves a net total cost of $1 a month for the phone, plus the eligible Pay Monthly plan cost.

Can I buy a $1 a month deal phone if I already have a phone on Interest Free?
Yes, you can still purchase a selected phone with the $1 a month offer on an eligible plan for 36 months, but you will lose any existing Interest Free discount you may have. You will also be required to pay back any outstanding amount due on your Interest Free payment with your next bill.
What happens if I change my Pay Monthly plan within the 36 months Interest Free term?
You must stay on the eligible Pay Monthly plan that you initially signed up to (or higher) for the entire Interest Free term – i.e. 36 months. If you downgrade your plan there will be a one-off Plan Change Fee charged. See Plan Change Fee table above for details.

How does the Plan Change Fee work?
It is calculated as the difference between plan prices (inclusive of GST) multiplied by a minimum of months remaining on the 36 months Interest Free term. See Plan Change Fee table at the top of this page for details.
What happens If I cancel my Pay Monthly mobile plan within the 36 months Interest Free term?
If you cancel your plan you will be required to pay back the remaining balance of the device cost in full and any remaining monthly credits will be lost.
Can I buy a higher memory variant of the phone in the offer?
The iPhone 11 has a higher memory variant available. While this won't be $1 a month, the same total discount is available no matter the memory variant, on a 36 month Interest Free term with the eligible Pay Monthly plan.
